DEADLINE: Sealed proposal submittals must be received and time stamped by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, Tuesday, January 28, 2020. (The clock located in the EDC’s front lobby desk will be the official time.) All proposals received will be read aloud at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 in the Port Arthur EDC’s 1st Floor Conference Room, 501 Procter Street, Port Arthur, TX. Proposals will be opened in a manner to avoid public disclosure of contents; however, only the names of proposers will be read aloud.
