About the Expunction & Nondisclosure Workshop
The Port Arthur EDC’s Expunction and Nondisclosure Community Workshop is designed to help individuals better understand their legal options for clearing or sealing their criminal records under Texas law. Many people are unaware that they may qualify for an expunction or nondisclosure, even if their case was dismissed or did not result in a conviction.
This hands-on workshop goes beyond general information by guiding participants through the process step by step. Attendees will learn the difference between expunction and nondisclosure, determine potential eligibility, and receive assistance in taking the next steps toward clearing their record.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, May 2 from 9:30AM-1:00 PM at The Press Building located at 549 4th Street, Port Arthur, Texas
This workshop is FREE and OPEN to all. Pre-Register by completing the form below.
